Project Description

Expansion of the Regeneron Campus with a new complex consisting of eight buildings, a connector bridge, roadways, four parking structures (including below level parking) and new underground utilities.  Landscaping features include retaining walls and storm water management areas.

Scope of Work

Baystate Blasting was hired to perform drilling and blasting services for the complete expansion area.  Constraints we encountered were a mandated PPV level of 0.3in/sec. and a blast size limitation of 5,000lbs.
