A Single 44-story residential building that is approximately 517,700 square feet with 470 units, and includes approximately 367,000 square feet of below grade parking with 830 spaces.
Contracted to perform all drilling and blasting services for a new high rise located in downtown Boston. Work included drilling and blasting over 25,000 cubic yards of open rock within tight site constraints. Constraints consisted of new slurry wall erected onsite, several multi-story buildings, MBTA Tunnel and MassDOT infrastructure.
